GROUP CLASSES
SCHEDULE

One hour group classes are jam-packed with a warm up, strength component, and a workout of the day which will generally range between about eight and 25 minutes. Each class is lead by a trainer that holds a minimum of a Level 1 Trainer Certificate, which means they have received the training and knowledge to guide you along your fitness journey. The class is structured with a pre-programmed workout that uses a variety of functional movements and exercises that will help get you fitter, happier and healthier. Be on time, bring a good pair of shoes (minimalist is best) and water, and we will do the rest.
